Mission & Vision

Research-based tailored psychoeducation

Psychoeducation is the process of learning about mental health, emotions, and how the mind works. It helps people understand themselves better, manage challenges, and build emotional wellbeing through simple, practical, and research-based information.

I provide evidence-based support across three main areas: workshops, individual psychoeducation, and mental health consulting. My work integrates the latest research with tailored practical strategies, ensuring that every session, program, or project is meaningful, personalized, and impactful.

From classrooms to workplaces, my goal is to create environments that nurture well-being, emotional regulation and social intelligence.

Evidence-based. Wellbeing-focused.

Research-based psychoeducation combines scientific evidence with practical strategies to improve mental health and well-being. It helps individuals and groups understand their emotions, develop coping skills, and make informed choices. Each intervention is tailored to the person or context, ensuring it’s not only effective but meaningful in real-life situations.

When a school, workspace or individual gets in touch, we start with a consultation to understand their specific needs and goals.

Together, we decide on the right program and agree on the details. Depending on what works best for the needs, the service can be either in person or online. This flexible, customised approach helps ensure our sessions are meaningful and practical for every environment.
